Lifetime Warranty
If any Recoil Rider equipment breaks or loses functionality due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it.
- The issue must affect the functionality of the equipment.
- Normal wear and tear (including scratches or cosmetic damage) from use is not covered by the warranty unless it affects the core functionality of the unit, or I determine it to be the result of a manufacturing defect.
- Modifications to the grip (including sanding or cutting) voids the warranty.
- Wrapping the grip in hockey tape or Goon tape does not count as a modification, and will not void the warranty.

Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in our sub-1% return rate. But if it's not your perfect grip, we’ll make it right.
We offer a 14-day return window from date of delivery.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in as-new, unused condition.
- "Unused" condition means the grip has not been fired and exhibits no scuffs, scratches, or damage of any kind on the interior or exterior surfaces.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- The shipping fee for your order will not be refunded.

There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns that will be deducted from the refund amount.
- You may also exchange your grip for a different size or model. Exchanges are not subject to the 15% restocking fee.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund if the product meets the return criteria.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval. Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to deposit the funds into your account.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled if the request is made before the order is packaged or shipped. You may choose 100% store credit or a refund minus a 5% processing fee (to cover non-refundable credit card charges). Contact us at TheRecoilRider@gmail.com for all cancellation requests.
